Mehdi Fallahian, plein air painter from Palm Springs

Every August 6th I try to paint a memorial on the anniversary of the bomb dropping on

Hiroshima, and title it the same, "That Sheep May Safely Graze"

Medhi happened to call me to see if I wanted to join him as he was visiting his doctor son and doctor daughter in law in Waterbury Center!  No way...last time I saw him we painted together in Palm Springs probably 8 years ago!  He spotted some work of mine in Artisans Gallery in town here.  We also painted with Terry Masters in Palm Springs, who now runs the Desert Painter Gallery there as well as teaches Plein Air workshops.

Saturday was an all day Plein Air Paint Out
on Bridge Street Waitsfield, Vermont
in the Mad River Valley

9 participants for our 2nd one.
We tried it a few years ago, but I was the only participant,
so can you call that the first one?? Well they were both advertised
so I guess you call it our second one.
